Pastor Adewale Giwa, the General Overseer of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ Ministry was dissatisfied with the inability to award at least N5, 000 to Nigerians during the in-progress regional lockdown.
He said President Buhari’s palliatives were meant for northerners. Adding that, “People from the north region are being looked after, while others are complaining about on social media”.
He also blamed the security authorities for flagrant abuses of human rights.
Adewale said, “If every Nigerians can’t be provided with at least N5, 000 by President Buhari, it’s a disgrace”. Nigerians need President Buhari this time, but he has disappointed us, unfortunately.
What is the need for a government that are not capable of protecting its citizens?
The preacher wondered why the government kept people home because it knew very well that Coronavirus had been vanquished in Nigeria for a long time.
“I’m still wondering why people can’t return to work, he said. This state was long since overcome”.
“If you believe that there is Coronavirus in Nigeria now, let them open the church and put the positive ones”.
He asked, “Do you think God will be pleased seeing his house being closed? We can’t be fooled, God can’t be ridiculed”.
Pastor Adewale concluded saying, “God’s House is better than any hospital and I hope to welcome every patient of COVID-19 to the church”.
