Marking 4-years of the passing away of Late Nigerian Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi. Nigerian assistant coach/former footballer, Joseph Yobo remembers the icon with a heartfelt tribute on his social account.
Recalled that the Late Nigerian coach, Keshi passed away after a brief illness that caused his heart to fail, following the death of her loving wife, Kate who also died that same year of 2016.
Stephen Keshi was remembered today June 7th by Joseph Yobo who commemorated Keshi as a coach who lead their team to winning the 2013 Afcon tournament South Africa and also lead them to round 16 of 2014 World Cup.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Joseph Yobo wrote: “Dear coach, it’s been four years today since you left us to rest with the Lord. You are deeply missed but your legacy lives on! Rest on the Big Boss.”
